The Practical Training (PT) gives the opportunity to the students of the Department of Speech and Language Therapy to apply their academic knowledge in practice, in working environments of public or private organizations. Through the PA, students become familiar with the work environment and gain professional experience. The PA also aims to create opportunities for professional rehabilitation in speech and language therapy providers in the private sector.
Students of the University Programme are required to undertake a three-month Practical Training in the Profession, in accordance with the current provisions on Practical Training for Students of Higher Education Institutions.
The start of the Internship is determined by a decision of the Internship Committee upon the student's request.
